As the article says first official case although there had been

I was referring to turning this thread into a Covid one. DOK is

All I was saying / indicating is that a year is a relatively
short time, but right now, as others have said, feels like an
eternity and as we all now know so so much can happen in a year,
for various reasons.... No attempt at all to change it into a
Covid thread!
