I agree withthe comment about the last two head coach decisions.
Both by the previous CEO who I personally think brought in too
many unneccesary changes. If the club had sense, I hope they at
least consult the guy who made the two previous succesful coach
decisions, Mark Evans. Richards & O'Shea were pretty good ones!

Gussy was not popular. Not just with them it seems. I would
assume that players agents have been trying to find new clubs if
they aren’t happy with Gustard even if it is only designed to
put pressure on those above PG into not renewing his contract.
This is the time of year when contracts are negotiated or not
extended so there will be a lot happening over the next month.
Let’s hope we can keep our best players who are OOC. I thought
Marchant had just signed a new contract last year so would need
to be bought out of it.

Yes, that was part of the deal for him to go to NZ. I think the
mail are "stirring" it a bit to make the story a bit more sexy

This is on the BBC site and it's hard to disagree: "It is the
second Quins coaching ticket in under three years that has
disbanded prematurely, for which both the board and the players
must take some responsibility, and now the pressure is on to get
the next appointment right otherwise the club could end up
languishing at the wrong end of the Premiership table."

       Completely agree with that.

Would not surprise me to see Jim Mallinder in the frame for
       this.
Currently hidden away in the England Pathway set up.

I wonder if all the talk of key players leaving prompted the
club to do the decent thing and explain that PG was leaving with
immediate effect so that he could look at other opportunities.

Could depend how well (or not) Millard gets on. If he were to
turn it around he may find himself offered the job

The only thing that concerns me about Millard is that he changes
jobs as often as some people change their socks.

Well as it stands he only needs to hang on another 5 months or
       so!!!

My concern is where does that leave us with recruitment? With
players leaving we will need replacements but how can we recruit
not knowing what a new DOR will be looking to build? Not only
that who would want to come to us seeing the state of the club
       at present? Worrying times.
