Has anyone actually got a refund or a Quins credit yet. I have

I enquired of the club for an update; was told that the rule is
2-4 weeks from the last application day, i.e 31st Jan.
So it should be this week or next.

I enquired yesterday, 16th Feb, where the refunds were, I was
informed that they should be with us 22-26 Feb.
W/e 26 Feb is 4 weeks after 31st Jan. which is the clubs own
stated date for refunds!!

Silly thing is it wouldn't take much effort to send a confirming
email on your choice of a refund, credit, donation with relevant
information on refund dates etc that would stop people getting
antsy and chasing up for further information.......

Or even easier, put it up as a piece of club news on the offy.
Then you only write it once and many people read it, and any
enquiries can be directed that way.

Yes agreed if people can be bothered to trawl through a site for
such info.....
If on the other hand an email at point of selection is sent it
means 'You' have a direct response to confirm the selection,
just a thought and IMHO better than getting nothing as with the
current process.
What happens when people look for their credit and its not there
after the club says it would be? How can 'You' prove that you
made the correct selection? I hope not but there could be lots
of agro..
Sorry to be a negative nelly and a pessimistic peter but been
through this with other organisations and it can get messy and
ultimately each side get frustrated and *issed off with other
which isnt much fun!

Email just received.
Please be aware that if you also chose to keep any of your
Season Ticket value as Quins Credit, this will be uploaded to
your online ticketing account in April once we have closed the
Phase 2 submissions of our Reimbursement plan.
All refund requests are currently being processed throughout
February with the aim to be finalised by the end of the 1st week
in March.
A reminder that the next Phase (2) of our Reimbursement plan
will be on the week commencing 8th March, when we will contact
you again to review the matches against Munster, Leicester
Tigers, Sale Sharks, and Northampton Saints. You will be offered
the same three choices again for the value of any missed
matches. You can choose any of the three options, regardless of
your Phase 1 choice to offer you maximum flexibility.
