Getting the "CURRENTLY UNDER MAINTENANCE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN
LATER" message too.
I don't think I have any interaction with the club at the moment
that makes me think it's a well run organisation.

Last season I donated the money, but I haven't seen anything by
way of any thank you gestures, which I thought they'd indicated
were being planned (unless I missed it?).
I'm not talking about the club giving financial value back,
since that would obviate the purpose, more something that would
be valued by us but would cost them very little if anything.

The system should be overloaded. This is an extraordinary event
(in the real meaning of the term) and so you shouldn't be
running a website that can cope happily with that, it's a waste
of resources for most of the time. If everyone calmed down and
got their request in over the next week then there wouldn't be a
problem. Chill people.

You can use the funds for season tickets up to the 2023/24
season.

The club have said on Twitter that if we don't get through on
the portal to try again tomorrow. It seems as if the website is
overloaded.
We have until 31st January to make our decisions so hopefully
all will be well.
Interesting that nothing was said about the forthcoming Munster
game. I suppose there is the hope that it will go ahead at some
point. I think it was originally included in this opening
sequence of fixtures. Unless I am confusing that with the
ballot.

If you get the error message when clicking on the link, try
logging in as normal, then click the "more" dropdown list then
"20/21 reimbursement". worked for me.

I have requested credit.
I donated last time, but think the credit option is the best for
both parties this time round. Current funds stay in the clubs
coughers, and gives them more time to balance the books a bit
until we use the credit in future season(s).
On a tangent, am having terrible problems with the new app and
getting my card registered. The app wont load at all :(
