It’s not that bad of a team, Els deserves his shot, locks are
light but mobile so lets use them that way and compete at LO,
Lynagh looked good against Tigers so no complaints.
You can only stop Brizz by playing rugby and keeping the ball,
kicking to them is playing to their strengths.
We can win this but no slow starts and aimless kicking.

Not most peolpes first choice side I would guess but
Front Row - Im happy with
Second Row - looks light again, Ive no doubt they weill give it
a go, (Tizard included). Just think we lack the grunt
Back Row - Im happy with
9/10 - No complaints of course
Centre - Again no complaints, not my first choice but 2 very
good players there
Wings- I dont mind the change tbh. Id say Chisholm is prob our
quickest wing (still) and we lack some pace in the back 3.
Lynagh, not seen enough but decent cameo last season
FB - Never had a great game last week. Of all the players I
expect a reaction from, he would be the man. No issues there
Bench
No probs with the pack. Best options we currently have.
Backs - Shame about Steele but excited about he other two.
This is one of those games we are probably more likely to get a
good performance. No one expects anything, a few players playing
for their places after last week, and others getting a chance.
Will be very tough but I think we will get a performance this
week

I’m disappointed not to see Ashton....I thought his comments on
the podcast were excellent. Sums up Quins probs last 5 years,
beat Sarries at home like it’s our WC final play awful next
game...all about mentality.
I’d have said right Chris you think mentality is wrong then here
is your chance to get it right, oh and you’re captain this wk.
That would have rocked the boat and I’d have loved to see Ashton
put up, or shut up!

Irrespective of his comments, the way he played last week he
should be no where near the team this week.

Looking forward to seeing how Els gets on, from what I’ve seen
so far i think he’s performed better than Botta. Also good to
see Kerrod back, should mean that Louw can afford to go all out
for 60mins instead of having to do a full shift. Interesting to
see Lynagh ahead of Green on the wing but that’s an exciting
back three if Green gets on at the same time as Lynagh and
Brown.
Looks like next week we should be fielding a pretty strong team
with international boys having completed their rests and
Esterhuizen back from suspension. Hoping Symons is getting close
to returning, for me we dont have another lock with his
aggression or attitude, think we’ve really missed him.

We should have enough to see that lot off

By my reckoning, we have about 50% of our first-choice line-up
starting this weekend. However, of the rest of the team and
bench, 75% are third or fourth choice players. That does not
bode well.

Looking at the line ups we will do well to get a losing bonus
point - prove me wrong Quins 🤞
Merry Christmas All 😁

What will be, will be.... Rugby is a fickle ‘mistress’ so you
never know, but I do suspect we will come second this week
although I do remain optimistic.
Anyway wishing you all as happy an Xmas as can be and hope that
2021 is a much better year for everyone.

Ignoring money Bris are where they are because they have
employed a seasoned world class coach. Not only does Gussie lack
experience at the top level he has given no sign he has the
potential to be anything other than an average Premiership
coach.
It all starts at the top.
