I think it's related to how many games they play in. Marler and
Marchant had similar numbers of minutes on the pitch but Joe was
only involved in one match, so I think the requirement for a
rest is lower.

No not received anything, it is possible these are only
available for Premiership home games, the mail sent for the
Exeter game suggest the agreement is with BT Sport and
Premiership rugby.

Since every premiership game and the champions cup games are on
BT I've treated myself to the rolling month pass on Sky for BT
Sport.
55 UHD inch's of missed tackles, poor discipline and, wow, those
yellow & reds card really do pop in 4K! :)

have any information about Michele Campagnaro's recovery
progress.

Yep did his meniscus again last year at the big game. Shame
because he’s a talented player but seemingly cannot stay healthy
at any club. Going to be interesting to see if he’s offered an
extension, With Esterhuizen and Marchant first choice centres
and Lasike/Lang/Taps as decent cover. Add Northmore stepping up
and a good prospect like Anyanwu in the academy, I can’t see
Campangaro staying.
