I think we'd be crying out if that try was giving against us.
Though I wouldn't have been surprised if it did!

C'mon, Danny's been doing the arm flapping since before Gustard
started coaching.

Nothing else needed really. Five tries and bonus point later.
Significantly more inventive than scoring three points.

Yes, to the letter of the law its crossing but what impact did
it have on the play? In my opinion Simmonds was never getting to
Northmore, regardless of Dombrandt being there.

Exeter repeatedly tried to exploit Northmore and get to the
outside of the 13 channel and we actually defended their
pull-back plays very well. The fact that Exeter refuse to kick
the ball away until it's obvious they can't make any ground
doesn't make them boring.

Yes, from Sam Simmons, Woodburn, Cordero, O'Flaherty, just to
name four.

Oh, and sadly our lack of a good backup 9 meant Danny stayed out
there longer than his fitness should've allowed. His passing in
the final 3rd of the game was laboured and he was a step off the
pace. He's old, it's a thing, can't really blame him for it, but
it meant we were on a hiding to nothing in most attacks.

I’m not talking about individual moments of skill. I’m talking
about Exeter’s general style of play.
Simmonds’ first try was great. The others were hanging off the
back of mauls.
Cordero showed some nice feet. O’Flaherty and Woodburn don’t
really deserve a mention so I’m not sure where you’re coming
from TBH?

Don't really understand how people can find positives in that or
blame the disallowed try or the ref. Same old issues

It denied Simmonds the opportunity to attempt the tackle, and
that's all that's necessary. The referee called it correctly,
and not a tricky decision in my book.
