Yes same for me member, STH, Debenture over 20 years and no
special card!

I remembered that too, and I've looked back at the renewal
brochure, and apparently we'll be able to collect it at the
first home game.

The kids' cards arrived late last week. Ours (the 10 year ones)
today.
The kids' ones aren't prepay Visa, which is a bit of shame given
how many places are going cashless, but I guess that legally it
would be quite complicated to sign kids up for a payment card
without explicit parental consent. It's also a bit of a shame
that our elder two didn't get a 10 year membership version -
Poorfour Jr turns 16 this year and has been an STH since he was
18 months old (which is when he became too wriggly to sit on
someone's lap without kicking the people in front), but again I
guess there's an extra cost to manufacture them.

The 10 year membership one has a 10 superimposed over the
picture of the stand, otherwise identical.
As I didn't renew my debenture this time around, is that still a
different colour does anyone know?

This is the response from the club today re ST Cards and the
Member Gift. Completely understandable in the current situation.
`Yes, if you have been a member with us for 10 years or more,
you will receive a specially designed Season Ticket Membership
Card. This should be arriving this week in the post.
It is still our intention to fulfill the exclusive Season Ticket
Member gift, which we hope you can understand the production of
which has been impacted due to the events over the last few
months. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm at this time when this
will be available, however, we will be in contact as soon as we
have more information`.

Debentures are gold but nothing to acknowledge 20 year
membership but I am to,d we can get into Debenture lounge and
Honours bar! If you don’t want to become a Barclays customer
don’t register it for payments.

There will have been a deal done to make money for the club,
Nothing wrong with that as we need all the revenue we can get.
There seems little point from my point of view as I might as
well use my debit card if I want to make a purchase anywhere. I
won’t have to transfer anything anywhere then .Like Monte says,
you don’t have to activate it.

I have held a season ticket for over 10 years, and I have
recently taken a debenture. I have been sent a gold card. There
is no "10" on it, and there is no picture of a stand. It simply
says "debenture" on the back where it also gives me the
block/row/number of my seat.

They're using the term "specially designed" as if it is
different from "designed".
