20/21 season ticket card

It arrived this morning.
If I'm correctly understanding the information in the pack, then
I can load money on to it and spend it anywhere (not just at the
Stoop). It seems I need to download an app to activate the
pre-payment functionality. Has anyone managed this? I've
followed the instructions to log on to MyStoop but the download
link isn't obvious.

I did see that it is something to do with Barclays/Fortres but
also saw mention of the Pingit app? and can be used were you see
a visa sign?
not received mine yet so no idea about setting it up.

In other words a new Barclays Visa card. I had one of those last
year as I thought I could get cheap cash overseas on it, but it
was same as Nationwide just cheaper transaction charges for
purchases. So could somebody tell me why I would want this?
Quins getting a cut?

haven't looked into the detail but it looks like a prepaid visa
card, I was also wondering why I would want this, what is the
benefit to me apart from a few loyalty points when I use it?

Had a season ticket since 2006 (and my son since 2007) but
neither of us got the ‘special’ 10 year membership card. Did
anyone get one of these?

Same here... no sign of an app anywhere... par for the course
though with Quins and tech!

Yes. There's a note on the pack that says email customerservices
at quins dot co dot uk if you think they've made a mistake.

Aren`t we also supposed to get an `Exclusive Premium Members
Gift` this season as mentioned in the original ST Brochure back
in March.
Has that been shelved due COVID/finances?

My son and I have been season ticket holders since 2001. I got
the commemorative 10-Year card but he didn't, so I've emailed
customer services to ask for a replacement for him - not that
i'll be in a position to use it at the Stoop anytime soon !
