It's a business deal/transaction one that is hoped improves
their current squad. They are not condoning anything and by the
time the player goes back Sarries will of course be under the
cap. (Pigs may also fly).

So what. Their silence is an admission of guilt as it would be
in a legal case in civic society.
Get over it and move on.

You can't "get over" something when you don't know the full
scale of the cheating, how far back it went, how much impact it
really had, and whether they're still actually doing it.

Wind yourself up about it, if they haven't come clean now, they
won't.
PRL were not enforcing the salary cap properly.
I was upset to fisn out that they were cheating. However as we
proved with bloodgate, things move on....

People have already explained to you why this is vastly
different to Bloodgate. Bloodgate did not involve actions that
changed the course of years of matches. Bloodgate involved a
process of coming clean and people being heavily punished.
People are entitled to remain angry at the salary cap cheats.
They've done immense damage to the sport we love.

You know that gang of criminals that spent months observing my
house before they burgled it? You know - the ones who broke in
and stole my Grandad’s war medals, defecated everywhere and
killed my cat. Well, the justice system is just as much to blame
as they are. Bless.

And that's why you get the same punishment for littering as you
do for murder.

LOL Yea i really feel for the players it must have been tragic
for the little darlings.
I wish someone would abuse me by giving me a load of money to
buy a house and a farm in SA. Mako said cheerfully that he knew
they were cheating but was happy to take the money and showed no
contrition.
A 5M fine to Wray is peanuts to him. Over a decade or so I have
spent 1000;s£ traveled 1000;s miles to away games spend endless
hours travelling to watch a competition in which one team played
by a totally different set of rules and have been giving a slap
on the wrist.
After bloodgate Dean Richards had 3 year ban. Tom W had an 8
month ban reduced to 4. Not one person from Sarries has been
sanctioned.
They have made our game a joke. People Know who are not into
rugby but are into football cannot understand how they had such
a feeble punishment for 10 years of cheating and constant lies.
How can anyone trust anything now that they do.
If you can support that good luck - I know very few others who
do.

I note Rhodes is up on a charge.Had he been sent off in minute 2
would Sarries have won?Me thinks no.He later clattered Sexton
high.Went to the same school of tackling as Farrell.
I support 2 teams.Harlequins and anyone playing Saracens.
