Quite a few 13s aren't all that quick. Henry Slade is a good
example. Jack Goodhue. There's been a recent resurgance of the
"playmaker 13" like those guys (Owen Farrell did it plenty for
       Sarries too).

I don't think that Lang is a bit of a slouch when it comes to
pace. I read before that he was one of the fastest in the
squad, particularly over a longer distance. You saw on Saturday
how he outpaced the cover defence very effectively by upping his
       pace.

From seeing him when he played in the sevesn, he isnt slow by
       any stretch

This is our best hope at guaranteeing 8th place.

I’d see Tigers away as a win for you guys. We made them look
much better than they are at the weekend. Our lineout was
predictable and we couldn’t take a restart yet still put 40+ on
them and stopped them getting any league points.

Briz are beating Saints. Glaws are playing a weaker team against
Exeter. We could/should finish this round in 6th above Saints
       and Glaws.

Marler was nursing a leg injury for a chunk of the match, which
contributed to our scrum problems. Anyone else spot this?

Yep - when Quins were warming up before the game he went down
after a tackle (I think by Robshaw) and immediately pulled out
of that activity to be looked at by a medic before limping back
to the changing room while the team continued to warm up.
His left leg was already heavily strapped. So we were amazed to
see him start the game, and even more surprised by the minutes
       he clocked up.
So it's not at all unexpected to now find him on the crocked
       list.

Yep. That sounds about right to me. Definitely still points up
       for grabs.
       Hopefully we can finish strongly.

Not a great start with lineouts
