Whilst it’s not an ideal situation looking after your players is
a core responsibility of any club

I thought that the standard Premiership contract required
players to be paid for six months. Any longer was up to the
club. However, I may be completely wrong because of old age,
alcohol etc.

To be fair, with Lang, Tapuai, Lasike and Cheeseman filling in
there, I'm not too worried. Saili, when fit, just offers
something that those guys don't have - we've seen glimpses of it
during the 5 games he has played for us. Would just be nice if
it was available to use throughout the season...

Lang, great potential but no replacement for a fit Saili, Tapuai
no replacement for a fit Saili, Lasike no replacement for a fit
Saili, Cheeseman would not get into most prem squads.

Agreed he is a gent. We have a few who I wish would show the
same gentlemanly conduct who have been taking money for a year
or more and hardly featured.
