Well, arguably being 2 seats or 1 row from people outside your
group made mask wearing unecessary. They were uncomfortable in
the sunshine, but will be fine when colder weather arrives.
The bits that didn't work for me (and I appreciate these are
teething issues and could be sorted by next time)
- As we arrived the hand sanitisers either didn't work or had no
hand sanitiser
- I was checked for photo id, but not that the id name matched
the ticket name
- The food/drink order arrived 35 minutes late
- At this point (half time) it was impossible to order another
drink
The stewarding to get you to your seat was fine.
Oh, and can we please, please, please stop filling every break
in play with music?

Interestingly, Twickenham will not require you to wear a face
covering when in your seat for the games this Autumn.

I thoroughly enjoyed the day (apart from the result), everybody
around me followed the guidelines, we were close enough to have
a chat safely, the weather was good, so good to be back watching
our sport.
Massive well done to all those who helped to organise the day
for us, hopefully we can use this experience to take more steps
back to normality, although I suspect that day is still some way
off.
COYQ!!
Made the drive from Chesterfield and back worthwhile.

Thought it was really well organised. Apart from the wait times
for the drinks deliveries, especially when the bars were open
for traditional service with no queues. Everyone seemed to be
mostly complying with masks and social distancing. Disappointing
to see seats where people had taken tickets but not turned up
(when these could have gone to those who were unlucky in the
ballot)

I do find it interesting that the main ‘issues’ were thinking
you’d drop down dead if you walked past a queue and people
without masks on. Do you walk down the street? Do you go to a
pub and not wear a mask? Seems it went well. The masks when
watching did look a bit ridiculous - the football trial did not
have this stipulation. I am pleased it moved us forward, another
step back to just going back to normal.

Thought the stewards did an excellent job, but have to say in
the north stand standing at the top of the stairs and hanging
coat on hand rail not the best way to do it, but a very minor
thing
