I am a Steward at the Stoop and forgetting the tripe ON the
pitch I thought the test event went really well? You lot behaved
yourself, hardly any moving about, food etc delivery service
seemed to work well......your observations??

It was impressive - There were enough people to feel like a
crowd - without being crowded, everyone seemed to be quite
sensible.
my only queries with the club were
1) the shop cueing system that meant blocking off part of the
concourse and people having to cross through the queue to get
anywhere
2) no tem checks at my entry point? (don't care not in any
useful)
3) ID check was not really carried out - he looked at my ID -
didn't look at me - didn't cross reference with the ticket.
Overall the club got it right.
If we can just get rid of all the 'horrific' chatter on the
screens before the match - made even worse with BT being in
front of my seats, they were chatting but you couldn't hear due
to the claptrap on the big screens - it was pretty good day.
The rugby on the other hand was quite, quite terrible - we we're
like a helium balloon, very buoyant at the start and once the
air started escape, we just kept deflating and limping on sadly.

It was quite good and felt pleasing to be back... for a short
while. Unfortunately another bad performance with a poor
attitude at its heart has me pondering over getting a refund on
next season's membership. I've got better things to do than
throw money at that type of nonsense.

I thought the club did really well and my fellow supporters were
excellent. Everyone seemed happy to be there and to see fellow
fans for the first time in ages! The singing and chanting was
also very good, even through the flatter periods!
Agree about the queue for the shop. It was really getting quite
long at about 1pm. That said, everyone was very sensible about
it all. No big deal.

It felt quite safe. People were social distancing. We were
nicely spread out in the stands. It was good that they had extra
toilets, so there was no bunching there. There were a few in the
South stand who were not behaving. One guy changed seats and him
and his mates say taking without masks. But, the steward did go
and have a word. There was also a girl who pretended to be
drinking something the whole game so that she could avoid
wearing her mask.
There was also an idiot who insisted on leaving immediately at
full time. The steward asked him to wait, but he just pushed pay
and left.
But, other than these isolated parts, everyone seemed to go
along with the rules.
I was surprised at how quickly the stewards cleared the stands
at full time. It was a lot quicker than I was expecting

I guess any issues related to bunching with everyone trying to
leave at full time were eased by the amount of people drifting
out with twenty minutes still to go!

Why do people need to go to shop anyway? Surely all can be
bought online . Much safer surely

Were you supposed to wear masks all the time (except when eating
and drinking)? On TV there seemed to be a lot of people who
weren't doing so and who weren't obviously eating or drinking.

Yes, you were meant to wear a mask all the time.
