Agreed - he has to move on. No improvement and the squad looks
severely underpowered.

So what else do you suggest. Clear out the coaching team and
start again....! We need to be patient.
That will be another two or three year project. We need to see
how things develop. Thankfully you lot are not on the board.
I don't see them having the same opinion. They will be focused
on a 3-5 year plan with Gustard. They have shown that by signing
big name players and investing in the wider coaching team.

I’d suggest getting an experienced Director of Rugby. It’s
hardly radical.

I’m really sorry to single Heron out but so many awful passes
today and the back line looks like they just met in the Kings
Bar 30mins before KO...pretty awful from a pro rugby team

I wouldn't usually be one for getting rid of gustard, but that
game has certainly jolted my confidence in him. Just horrible.
