       Gustard Out

I'm sorry to write this, I had such high hopes when he joined us
but he and his management team and coaches have failed.
Time now for him to move on, Quins then can re set yet again.
He has been a failed experiment time to move on, no point
       flogging a dead horse.

I assume you've put this down as proof you were always right for
some unspecified moment in the future...

Problem is he's also brought in tons of deadwood. Who would want
to take that squad over? Brown care Robshaw gone or going.
Sinckler defected. Marler, Marchant, Smith and dombrandt the
       only real bright lights.
Seriously hope these saffas show up.

My point is 1 & 1/2 seasons on nothing has changed and I would
       say we've got worse.
Maybe next year we'll win the league, but you can only judge on
       the current and past.
The results and performances aren't good enough.

Out of interest what has anyone seen that makes them believe in
       Gustard?

Not sure I’m fully on board with the Gustard our sentiment, but
today has highlighted a very poor decision re team selection.
Herron is really our 3rd choice fly half. I assume he felt that
playing with a more first choice team would have meant he could
have stepped up. Problem is his pass timing is very different to
smith, who also loses much more of an attacking threat as a
runner and so draws a defender. Upshot is that players are
overrunning moves all over the place or just being lined up by
       defenders.
This was a key game. We needed out conductor playing. We needed
smith the help the others rise.
As it is, it’s season over, Herron’s confidence shot and other
players looking poor as a result.
All of this from a poor selection decision. That has to sit with
the selector. I hope he comes out and acknowledges this.
I know Herron not the only issue today but so
Much of a team stems from the 10.

I personally think we need a complete revamp, I think we have
some “Stale” eyes with Jones, Evans etc in the coaching set up.
I think Gustard has been here long enough now where we would see
some real promise and vision. His recruitment has been more
squad filler than first team challengers, and i think overall
we’ve stood still for 2 seasons and can’t see why the next is
       going to be radically different

       Come off it.....!!!
A loss to a good Bath team is not the time to throw the water
       out of the bath.
We need to see the team with he two saffers integrated and who
ever we bring in next seasons to replace Robshaw and Clifford.
I wish the Gustard out lot would go back to the beer or go and
watch football, you seem better suited with your negative, short
       sightedness and over dramatic post!
The key is to finish in the top 8 now and build for next season.
Top 4 is not possible now, so let's build for next season a d
       qualify for the Champions Cup.

Why not play Smith when this is a must win game? For me this is
worse than Worcester. 18 months is enough time to make a mark
and we’re no better than when JK was in charge really.

100% agree. This was a must win and Smith and Lewies should've
       started.
