Yes, one block at a time.

Each stand was emptied block by block which took quite a long
time if you were in a hurry. Luckily not many people seemed to
be. I was asked to get to the ground at 12:15 which would have
left me with two hours to kill with nothing going on. I didn’t
actually arrive until just before Two but there were no queues
to get in. The only queue was for the shop which started near
the main entrance where the offices are. When you got to the
corner by the shop you then realised that it then went all the
way to the entry gate and back to the shop. Anyway there was
nothing else to do so I persevered and got in and out after
making a small purchase and got to my seat before kick off.
Every thing from my point of view was well run and organised. I
don’t do food or drink as it is too poor to bother with but the
person next to me had a couple of deliveries because they forgot
one of his beers. He had also left his seat so I had the server
standing in the way for five minutes before she would personally
       give him the tray.

The funniest thing was when some people started to leave in the
last 10 minutes or so, and the announcement came over ‘Please
remember you are NOT allowed to leave your seats until after
final whistle’. Even one my kids said ’you know it’s bad when
       they’re locking you in’!
In reality quite a lot had snuck out, you were allowed to go to
the loo, and so people could move and then I guess wandered out.
It was hard to tell but I reckon at least 25% had gone,
certainly seemed that way in the carpark.

Were you allowed in bars before or after the game? Or was it all
       delivery to the seats?

We arrived 1.30 and were surprised that the bar inside gate one
was open. You could get drinks but they said probably easier to
use the app. So we sat down, next slot on app 2.20. A bit of a
wait but we ordered. Nothing by 2.40. It then turned out people
were going to the bar, showing their order on the app and
getting drinks directly. Obviously the more people did this, the
more delays there were to the deliveries, and the whole thing
went to crap. I don’t have a problem with it, it must have been
very hard to get it right, but that’s what happened.

One of our beer deliveries didn't arrive.
I tried the 'contact us' option, but not heard back yet. The app
       showed that it was delivered.

The SeatServe system crashed around half way through the game.

Pre-ordered our drinks and sausage rolls which arrived at our
1.20 time slot. All worked well. It was interesting to see that
people ordered more beers during the game, that seemed to work
well. Sorry to hear that the site crashed!
I thought it went very well and the servers did a great job.
Although, again, sorry to hear that some people are still
       waiting for a pint!

Same here. It actually worked pretty well, except it would only
accept payment from Mrs Poorfour. Or is that a good thing?
Anyway, I think all things considered they did a good job of
organising it for a first effort and we can hope it paves the
       way for further attended games.
