I think the stadium plan on the ticket is wrong - well on mine
anyway. Isn’t the DHL stand the East Stand ? I’ve got it
showing as the West. The plan on the email this afternoon
seems correct.

Yes, I queried it and the club confirmed that the Charles
Stanley should be the DHL and vice versa. Never had problems
when it “East” and “West” 🙄

My ticket says enter through Gate 4, but there is no Gate 4 on
the stadium plan.

Mine is the same, it actually say Gate 4 3
Today's email says
Arrive at the right gate, at the right time (Map Below)– to help
avoid queues, your match ticket indicates the right gate to go
to, and a window of time to arrive at. Where possible, please
try to arrive during this time window to avoid queues and ensure
social distancing. Our stewards will work closely with you if
running late but please be patient and respect social
distancing. At the end of the match, the stewards will manage
the departure of supporters carefully to avoid queues again.
Please note Gate 5 on the map will be signposted Gate 4 on
Saturday – stewards will direct you.

You people talk as though this is some kind of innovation. Do
you not remember Tony Copsey organising a beer to be delivered
to my seat by a waiter mid match?
