Having chosen to have my season ticket balance credited to my
Harlequins account, I find I can't use that to pay for the
ticket - the only thing it's useful for.
Ticket handed back. Hope one of you lot gets it.

All's well that ends well for me - tickets appeared sometime
after 6pm, checkout process worked and now the final hurdle is
whether we can get a printer to work.

same issue on parking, although paid and donated everything to
club had to pay £10 for parking again, club confirmed 19/20
parking not valid for this game. Wouldn't let me print the
parking ticket and will be snail mailed so if you want parking
better do it today to give time to get the parking ticket. For
the game they will be checking photo id on the entrance against
the ticket if names don't match you don't get in so don't forget
your photo id on Saturday and make sure everyone has the right
ticket.

Well, I have two season tickets in my name, so suspect there'll
be some argument when I bring my mate Steve. :)

How did you manage that? lol I ordered 2 and we have the correct
names, and the club want the correct names for the track and
trace. worth a call/email to the club

On the email I got it said that you need to print out the email
confirmation of the car park booking & bring it with you as
there won't be enough time to guarantee that the passes will
arrive via post.

I don't have a printer, I would usually use one at work but this
isn't possible at the moment. Luckily the person I am going with
has a printer.
However I have just seen this on the 'Spectator code of conduct'
posted on 1st Sept
3. On arrival at the ground entry will be at a particular time
and gate, as indicated on
your ticket. Your ticket will be scanned to enable entry so
please ensure you have your
ticket printed or available to scan direct from your mobile
device. All tickets are print
at home.
And this from the FAQs on 28th Aug
How will my ticket be delivered?
All tickets will be sent via email to successful supporters.
PLEASE NOTE All tickets MUST be printed on A4 paper prior to
arrival at the stadium. The Club will not be offering tickets to
be posted or collected in line with new guidelines concerning
safety procedures to reduce touchpoints.
Any supporters who attend the match without a printed ticket
will need to visit the Ticket Office where a ticket will be
printed at a cost of £5 per ticket reprint. This is an inflated
price from a normal matchday to discourage reprinting on the day
and to ensure swift entry into the ground.
it is a shame the club can't be consistent in the message they
provide

thanks for that, it was my fallback plan if it didnt arrive,
nothing on my email though.

Anyone seen anything on the mystery app we can use to order food
and drink at the stoop on Saturday baring in mind you aren't
allowed to take anything in. Scheduled arrival time to get into
our seats is over an hour ahead of the match, going to be very
thirsty by half time.
