"Bought" my ticket along with car parking about 40mins ago. Had
to make sure my printer worked first, as I hardly use it!

Got an e mail saying I had made it off the waiting list and in.
Logged in at 6.15pm... followed instructions.. wouldn't let me
checkout and now the tickets have disappeared! Oh well, will
leave it an hour or so

Ticket now "bought" and printed out. Really easy.
I had to pay £10 for parking even though I had previously bought
a parking permit for the 19/20 season. Is this everyone else's
experience too?
(For context, I donated season ticket to the club, and
presumably the parking permit went with it).

Had the same issue. I logged in and saw the tickets in the
basket but couldn't checkout. Logged out and back in and now
cannot see the tickets at all. :(. Hopefully they'll be
available again soon.

Tickets bought, looking forward to a day out. Bought a special
‘Quins Defence’ face mask, it has a big hole in the middle to
shout through.

Woo Hoo! Being on standby came through and I now have two
tickets. I foresee trouble trying to get my mate Steve in the
ground as both tickets are in my name, but heigh ho that's a
problem for another day.

Brilliant and we need to make a hell of a racket. 3.5k just a
fraction of the stadium.

Problem solved with a quick e mail to Customer Services. Really
well some to them, responded and solved it very quickly.
