I thought so too before I saw the site, but the order history
says "Purchased" and payment method of "Cash", and there's
nothing in the basket to check out. I'm assuming I just have to
wait until they hit the basket, but it's worrying waiting
without knowing for sure, given that there are some tight
deadlines.

ticket will be in the Basket after 6pm tonight this was
mentioned in the FAQs and also mentioned above on this thread.

in the time they had to set this up I don't think they have done
too badly, the only thing for me that isn't answered in what
they sent was car parking, it says limited parking for 900 cars
and has to be pre-booked, doesn't say included if you already
paid for the parking season and isn't live yet so I suppose will
be after 6pm today.

Same. All straightforward, phew!
Well done to the club and support staff for turning this around
in such a short time and bending the existing systems to fit a
previously unimaginable situation.
