Tickets allocated and showing in purchase history as
complimentary (we donated our STH money), but not clear whether
we will have to wait for them to go in the basket and then "pay"
for them to get the tickets.
I appreciate that this is unprecedented and logistically
difficult for the club, but the comms could have been better,
especially around what happens if you don't actually have to pay
money.

From the email:
If you have recently donated the value of your 2019/20 Season
Ticket missed matches to the Club, you will see a value of £0
for your tickets. This means that you will not be charged for
them, but you must still check out and confirm your tickets
before they are released to you.
Seems pretty clear to me.
