Kingston is a nice bloke, was a superb forwards coach and would
have him in that position any day. As DOR on the results we were
getting it was clear we needed a change, no excuse for the
vitriol against him, but he/the team was not performing well at
the end and we needed something different.

Well we have him to thank for the job being split into 2 with a
head coach and a Manager which I am sure was a smart move
otherwise the DOR is just stuck in the office. Rugby coaches
aren’t always good administrators
