       Seems everything has been fixed. Certainly it all went perfectly
       smoothly for me just now: I received a confirmation email
       including the associated applications for friends and family
       members. No bogus tickets were issued.
       The process could not have been more straightforward. The club
       are clearly bending the rules within the existing ticketing
       system to fit the needs of this unplanned ballot so unsurprising
       if things were a bit clunky at first. Well done to them and
       harsh to suggest otherwise.
