Seems strange to issue invalid tickets then, but maybe it's some
glitch of the software for the booking scheme that they can't
avoid. Anyway, I emailed customer service and they're usually
pretty good at getting answers out, as soon as I hear something
I'll let you know if we're winners (I'm assuming not).

OK - had a response from Harlequins (honestly those customer
service people are wonderful!).
The issuing of tickets is a glitch that they're aware of, and no
you haven't won in the ballot just because you've got them. As I
suspected, it's somewhere in the software!

I couldn’t get it to work via the link, but going in directly to
‘events’ did the trick. Good luck everyone!

I think I have been through the process correctly and have 2
tickets entered into the ballot but am a bit concerned as have
not received a confirmatory email, anybody else had a similar
problem?

I received an email tickets@quins.co.uk
"Thank you for your Ballot Entry - We are pleased to confirm
this has been received.
Please note – This is your Ballot Entry only and does not
guarantee you entry into the ground on Match Day.
Further details will be sent to you on Tuesday 1st September
informing you if you have been successful."
It then listed both season ticket holders I included in my
entry.
