my friends down at bath were contacted by their club with a
questionnaire stating possible return to limited crowds based on
season ticket holders, thought they said October though

That BBC article says 5th September, that is not very far away.
There must be some serious work already done and, as everyone
will want to know, who will be offered tickets?
