HARLEQUINS NAME TEAM TO TRAVEL TO ALLIANZ PARK
       Friday, 21st August 2020 @ 12:00
HARLEQUINS TEAM NEWS AS THE CLUB TRAVEL TO ALLIANZ PARK FOR
ROUND 15 OF THE 2019/20 GALLAGHER PREMIERSHIP SEASON
Head of Rugby Paul Gustard has named an almost unchanged side
from the team that claimed victory during the Gallagher
Premiership’s return against Sale Sharks last Friday, with right
wing Chris Ashton replaced by Aaron Morris in the 14 jersey,
with the former of the outside backs picking up a minor injury
       during training this week.

The last time these two London sides met came during round nine
in January, with Harlequins claiming a high-scoring 41-14
       victory in this London derby.

Speaking ahead of the match, Gustard said: “We are looking
forward to playing Saracens; who have been the benchmark of
excellence in English rugby for the best part of a decade.

“Whenever we play them we know that we will be in a game that
will be confrontational, aggressive and a real test of character
       and skill.

“They have a great squad littered with current internationals,
are well coached and will be looking forward to playing us.

“We know we need to step up a few levels from our game against
Sale last Friday and we have had a good week’s preparation. We
have backed the men that got the result we needed on Friday and
together we look forward to the challenge of Saracens.”

Think it's quite a mixed bag for Sarries. Quins have pretty much
       the same team.
Just hope it's competitive and enjoyable match!

Certainly not the scariest sarries team we’ve face... funny what
a team looks like when you’re not cheating eh?!
Going to be tough as this will be the one games sarries are
going to be properly pumped for. IF we play to the same levels
physically as last week then we have a chance. Surprised we’ve
gone so strong again but if it means getting another one other
sarries then it’s worth it 👌

Shame about Ashton but thankfully only minor so hopefully be
back a lot sooner than later.

I'm confused about the comments about Sarries
10 of the XV would be first choice usually.
Bench looks less scary - but I feel this is a strong enough
team. Quins will need to improve quite a lot from next week to
       be competitive.

Only read it was 'minor' from the team announcement. Gustard may
expand on that a bit if we do another video with him explaining
       the team choice.

The video's up on twitter. "A minor knock on Tuesday & he should
be free to play next week alongside Danny Care".
