He doesn't do anything at quins, so I shouldn't think it'll be
much of an issue.

I must admit I dont get how this is not seen as a conflict of
interest. What happens if somehow the clubs end up playing each
other?

More worrying is what will happen should both clubs schedule a
board meeting at the same time on the same day.

According to Quins he is still on the board:

It may well be that Fitzy is on the advisory board relating to
Rugby matters but is not a member of the BoD, hence not listed
as a Director of the business.

He is likely to be a non-executive director. He gets the title,
but he's not a board director so doesn't need to be recorded at
Companies House.
