It's going to take some "out the box" thinking to get the
Stoop's bars open and socially distancing. The area by the South
West corner has tables and stuff and if you cut down on the food
stalls you might be able to run them behind the South and North
stands. But that'll only work for the warmer times.

Never mind the poor quality food and drink, who’s going to
decide which 4000 of us gets in?

...... However, with all season ticket holders unlikely to be
able to attend because of restrictions on crowd size, clubs
would have the option of holding a ballot to determine who can
buy tickets.

As a season ticket holder I do not need to buy a ticket, I
already have guaranteed entry to the remaining home games. If
crowds permitted of course. If season ticket holders have
priority, how are you going to decide who gets in? You could
have a ballot but that might leave families split

Working on the general assumption that there's approx 9k Members
currently (we generally have somewhere around that number most
years), then you'd guess that *if* (and it's a big if currently)
spectators are allowed, & you assume that they will have to give
a small allocation to opposition teams to allocate, then you're
looking at potentially 3,500 seats available.
I would guess a ballot similar to Internationals, whereby
members are entered, and allowed up to two places if they are
picked. That way at least one parent and one child would be able
to go, or if one person in a couple wins, they can go as a
couple. Individuals who go on their own (like me) will probably
choose to only take one ticket. All things being equal, you'd
probably be able to attend half the remaining Home games.
It might get more complicated if they go ahead with the rumoured
mid-week games as well. I'd find it very hard to do a game on a
Wednesday evening, as it would mean driving in from Oxon after a
full day of work, back home around 11pm or later, then up to
work again the following day. If I were in charge in that
scenario, I would ask people to decide on their ballot
applications if they want to go for Midweek games only, Both
Midweek and Weekend, or W/E games only. Then allocate out the
midweek games to the first two groups, with the unpicked members
from group 2 and group 3 getting the allocations for W/E games.
