Looking at the FAQs they don't appear to say how you cancel a
ticket which is set up to auto-renew. I currently pay for two
STs via direct debit, but not sure which payment relates to
which seat, so don't want to cancel the wrong one. I also can't
see from the website how I turn off auto-renew. I suspect it's
deliberately unclear, though maybe I'm just being thick. While I
pay for two, one is registered in a mate's name, so maybe that's
why I can't cancel it from my account. Anyway, have asked the
club and if necessary will just cancel one DD and see what the
       club say.
Has anyone else had to deal with this?

Well, I bit the bullet and renewed my season ticket. Also used
money from a ticket I sold back to the club to help pay for it

Ring the Club! No, seriously. I have found that anything
slightly out of the norm is always best dealt with by phone.
Presumably they have some staff in the office at this important
       time?

I have just had a call from the Ticket Office as I wanted to
move my seat. Very efficient. Lady I spoke to was working from
       home.

You can't ring at the moment. There's a message saying all
enquiries by email in first instance. Full credit to the club
though, they called back a couple of hours later and sorted it
there and then. Very good customer service

Is there a specific email address for ticketing please?

I renewed. It was a very close run thing this time, at some
point experience will triumph over hope.
It's a decent chunk of change, the rugby is reliably unreliable
and the food/drink is very reliable - reliably awful.

Looks like customerservice@quins.co.uk for everything, from the
       site.

       I haven't renewed yet.
I'm having to seriously think about it. Finances are stretched a
bit thin at the moment. I've had 3 months on seriously reduced
income and who knows when things are going to get back to
       normal!
There's also the small matter of what rugby is going to played
       and when.
