Well they are saying that details are to be finalised and there
was a lot of chat about having several fixtures at one large
ground such as Ashton Gate so who knows?

It'll depend a lot on what format they use to finish the season.
If they try to complete *all* the remaining games, that's 9
standard games, two semis ad the final. That's a lot to fit in
when you'll also have the European comp also trying to finish
plus the 6 Nations, all before the 20/21 season can even begin.
Even if they do mid-week games, that's 5 weeks minimum for the
Prem alone. Any club that's still in the European comp won't
want to flog their players hard for 5 weeks playing multiple
games a week then go straight into knockout games against
European adversaries.

How is this re-start of the season going to effect the transfer
of players? For example is Kyle going to leave us for Bristol?
If so, will Wilco Louw be able to leave his club to join us?

I believe that players are out of contract with their current
clubs on 1st July so will be leaving and going to their new
clubs, quite how that works with "foreign" players I don't know.
I'm not sure Europe will be finished, the French clubs have
ended their season already.
I can't see them finishing the entire season, 9 games is 9
weeks, that would be mid October before the season was finished,
unless the aim is to totally rejig the season now and into the
future so that the season is played at different times it
doens't make sense.

They could bin all games involving Saracens to reduce the number
remaining to be played.
It does seem like a mess to try and finish the season,
especially with the player contract situation. Also, when will
the next season start? And what do the Championship teams do in
the meantime?

In fact thinking about it... if the contracts do expire 1st July
and a load of players swap clubs it will be pointless Saracens
fulfilling their fixtures as they'll be left with their
championship team.
