I don't have a new card and still haven't received mine yet. I'm
just assuming it takes time going through all the refunds.
Also awaiting refund for the Sarries game at Spurs stadium.

Refund received today. Took longer than expected. I appreciate
the staff are probably home working but they were very slow to
accept that fans would want their money back. The worry is
there will still be restrictions in place for next season and
fans will be requesting refunds for season tickets for part of
the season.

To be fair I think the club waited to see what was definitely
happening (rather than rumoured or on a list of possibilities)
before it acted. Suppose it rushed to give everyone a refund and
then it turned out they would be allowed to play the season out
and so you had to refund the refund?
As for next season, yes I'm thinking that's going to be some
sort of nightmare too. But until the club knows how much rugby
you're going to miss, it can't know how much money to refund
you. So again there may be a wait before you get money back from
next season.
