Think about it. Presumably they are lucky enough in their
financial position to be able to donate. Not everyone is.

Has anyone seen any actual ‘money’ refunded yet? Rather than

I agreed to donate the refund for season tickets to the club,
but requested a refund for some additional individual match
tickets I had bought. To date I have heard nothing.

I am sure it will happen, it just takes time to process and go
through it all. Refund always take longer than purchases. I have
no idea why that is!

FYI - If since paying you have had a new card (assuming you paid
by card!) there is a possibility that the refund wont appear on
you new card.... I had to phone my bank to find out where the
refund was (Quins issued them on 31 July) and it was on my old
card, why it doesn't automatically follow your cards as a
payment would I don't get, but hey ho!!
