Weird that he leaves so soon...
"Initially he comes as injury dispensation for Nathan, but we

Looked totally out of his depth in the Prem. Just shows those
highlight reels are to be taken with a HUGE pinch of salt.

I remember saying when we signed him that his highlight reel
made him look like he was running in thick clay. Not only did he
prove that he is slow for a winger, he also showed that he
doesn't seem to know how to use his natural weight and he can't
catch the ball particularly well... or defend. All in all,
another one that reeeally didn't work out for us.
Having said that, what club doesn't have these failed signings?
Par for the course. I'm glad we've managed to agree to release
him (presumably early) with him being able to return to his
previous club. Good result for both parties.
I'm excited for next season, whenever that will be, with the
players we're releasing and the players coming in. I suspect
we'll see a couple more signings given that we didn't land Du
Toit - feels like there might be some player money left.

He only played 3 games, pretty hard to judge, although his first
outing at Saints he looked poor, but 3 games isn’t much

I agree, not sure its fair to totally cain the bloke. Coming
over to a new team/Comp, never had a chance to settle in and
show what he can do. Made a couple of decent runs, showed his
power but he seemed to go too high when trying to tackle.
looking at our options now Im not surprised he is going though,
wing is very well stocked for us.
