I'm sure that if you have a word with the current owners and let
them know how much of the debt you are prepared to underwrite
they will give serious consideration to making you an owner and
giving you a say in the decision making.

Your point would hold water if it was only the Korean immigrant
population watching the streams.

I agree with that, Im not really sure what the population of
koreans is really matters. I watched just because I wanted to
see some live football. I will watch the Bundesliga next week,
and have been watching the Belarusian football also.

As owners, they presumably also own the real estate, which will
only increase in value. Also, I guess it's a hobby. An expensive
one, but in much the same way that some people go out and race
Ferraris or buy expensive wines, maybe it gives them a dollop of
enjoyment.

You get Tax considerations for losses so I dont suppose its
hurting them that much.
