O/T In Memory

Some may find this in bad taste and of so the moderators think
so feel free to remove it.
With the current rate of losses to covid19 I fear many of us
would have lost someone close or someone they know, I for one
believe it's important not to forget people once they are gone.
We, so far, have been very fortunate with losses between my own
and my wife's family with the lose of just one family friend.
His name was John from the village of Blunsdon in Swindon, he
had underlying medical conditions and covid19 was the final
straw for him to bare. He passed away last week the age of 91
leaving his widow Pam behind after 62 years of marriage.
We are continuing to visit Pam during the lockdown, respecting
social distancing and delivering her shopping to her and having
a chat to make sure she is as well as can be expected.
Pam was additional hit by not being able to have a proper
funeral for John but we have helped arrange a memorial service
for him at the local all church once the restrictions are
lifted.
My best wishes to all on this board and I hope you are all as
lucky as we have been with our losses during this difficult
time.

Last pass of the ball at 91 I’d be very happy.

Charles Jillings (Our Chairman/owner) Mother has died aged 86 in
a Care Home in Salisbury on 23 April of Covid19 in D.Tel this
morning. Having lost an ex work colleague already and another
very close friend I had known since I was 3 years old the
hardest part is not being able to say a proper goodbye all you
have is the memories.

Apologies, somehow missed the word "mother" there. Thanks for
pointing it out.
To be clear, it's Charles Jillings' mother who has died.
Condolences.
