This Guardian article has the views of US academics, but the
UK's experience and rate of corona virus has not been wholly
dissimilar:

It suggests that professional sport in stadiums, behind closed
doors, won't re-start until the autumn. Three out of three
experts believe that fans won't be back in stadiums until the
New Year.

No they stand at 21,000 in the UK, that's what the 28,000 refers
to as well.
It'#s Wuhan flu because that's where it comes from. There are
many different "Corona" Virus

Meanwhile across the pond Universal have asked its season pass
holders what measures they'd feel safe to return to the theme
parks...
Reducing capacity by 50%, along with compulsary facemasks and
contactless payment only, however muted the idea of rapid
testing at the gate and admission only allowed in to those who
are negative as the results apparently are returned in 15
minutes. Is such a test even in existance?
I'll be suprised if any stadia type sports and music events
return until 2021 when perhaps we've rolled out a vaccine to 19
people which at the current rate from the government in things
getting done would be a terrific success.

Blaming government for everything is getting a bit tiresome.
You can't blame the lack of vaccinations on the government. I
know that if you reread your comment carefully, you didn't
specifically blame the government.
However, the tone of the comment is very Piers Morgan.

I think it will come to two choices.
1. The government plays out very safe and doesn't allow any big
events until well into next year.
2. The government puts the owness on individuals to make their
own choice and can attend if they so choose.

I think it's pretty fair to hold the government to account for
their failings, don't you agree?

I'd be happy with option 2, provided that those who make that
choice bear the consequences of their own decisions.

Its more important that we take responsibility for our own
actions.
E.g. Rather than going to the Old Deer Park and taking photos of
people sitting in the middle having a picnic and then going on
social media to blame the government about it, we should instead
take the action to stay at home ourselves and not perpetuate the
problem.
Ditto, during normal times, we see climate protesters shouting
down the government for levels of CO2. Those same people are
filming their protest on a new iPhones and will quite happily go
on a weekend break to Barcelona.
My kids attended one of the climate protests in Westminster a
few months ago. They returned home later that afternoon. That
evening, they needed to go to Richmond. As they were so tired
from the afternoon protests, they asked for Dad's taxi to take
them the 2 miles into Richmond and to pick them up after. In
this case, the CO2 was not caused by the government, it was
caused by the engine of Dad's taxi. (I didn't actually take
them - I told them to use their size 9 leather people movers).
But, people [generalisation] want the government to ban "them"
from doing bad stuff. But get upset in the govenment bans "us"
from doing it.
