would ask for the refund anyhow whenever it's re-arranged

I'm sure you will get you refund in time.

The idea of going to a small claims court when the whole
country, if not world, if in limbo and trying to get through a
crisis is pretty sad imo. Same attitude as those who go and bulk
panic buy. Me first, sod the rest, why should I have some
patience and then address concerns once everyone is in a better
position to do so

Small claims court ?
Seriously, it will be the same as concert tickets etc, tickets
will be valued for rescheduled event, if when the event has been
rearranged and you can’t go they usually offer a refund then
But let’s be honest none of this is the clubs fault
All I hope is that the club appreciates those who have paid and
when renewing in future get a decent discount or offer of x
amount of free tickets
Clubs without BT money and supporters money concessions etc
could go to the wall if the current situation goes on for a long
time, so let’s see what they come up with when all is resolved

Folks we are in uncharted waters, the club will have no idea
like the rest of us and above all this is about looking after
those you care about and everyone else.
I have no doubt the club will look after everyone ticket wise
once they know what is going to happen, but who knows when that
might be so everyone just needs to be patient and calm.
I personally have tickets for the Sale cup final, and Worcester
away and we have renewed our season tickets for next year
already.
Its our club, but its also about our fellow human, so we need to
support everyone and stay strong for all.

I'm having to seriously consider my options. Are they really
going to start taking next season's season ticket money in
April? With this season only 13 games in? My immediate work
prospects are looking a bit dodgy. Just when I was trying to get
back to normal after 6 months off work with a broken leg
courtesy of a stupid cager 🤬😥

We all love this club... Please don't you break the camel's
back. If you can afford a season ticket etc then you can afford
to be patient

What is the rush to get money back on the Sale game? You had
already decided to spend the money therefore it was not money
you were expecting to have. They will sort it, don't worry about
it.

Everyone has their individual set of circumstances and needs to
act sensibly. Some who have lost their job or who have taken a
huge hit to income may need to cancel membership and recoup as
much as possible now. Others may be able to wait and see what
happens. We have direct debit to pay for memberships and they
start on 1 April I am not sure if we will be able to afford that
so am seriously considering cancelling. I hope not but sometimes
needs must.

I agree with you. I think the club should suspend the
membership process for next season with immediate effect and
allow time for the situation to clarify. There will be many who
have suddenly been plunged into unexpected financial
uncertainty. Money allocated to membership may now need to be
diverted to more important things. Similarly there will be
people, like myself, reluctant to pay out large sums in the
midst of so much confusion. Deadlines for payment of membership
may have an important place within the clubs financial timetable
but to many they are simply artificial.
Over the next few weeks a better understanding of the situation
will emerge. The RFU/Premiership will hopefully give direction
and the club will be better placed to make decisions. I accept
the club may be facing a cash flow problem, but they are not
alone in that regard.
An e-mail either suspending all membership applications for the
immediate future or, alternatively, extending the deadline for
membership applications into late June/July would be most
welcome.

Letter from Bill Sweeney via Dorking rugby. Except for the
Gallagher Premiership all rugby for this season is now finished.
That is all league rugby except the Premiership they are working
on what money maybe available to Clubs. Information on the
Premiership is yet to be decided.
