If we were looking for a 9, Queensland Reds have 2 very good
youngsters McDermott and Sorovi. 21 and 24 respectivley. I think
Sorovi has just signed a new deal. At some point the both
would, I expect want to be first choice.

Lang is a 10 or 12 for me. Or a 13 at a push.
To me someone like Joe Marchant would make an excellent
fullback. He is super quick, evasive, good under the high ball
and has a big boot on him.
The Blues have played him at 14. So he is adaptable.

Great player in his prime, but sadly past his best when it came
to joining us.

No. Just no. Marchant is first name on the team sheet at 13 and
Goneva shouldn't get another Prem/European game in a Quins shirt
(not even a bench spot, sorry). Ashton will be our first choice
14 too.

As soon as Ashton joined he became our best winger for me, no
doubt. As it stands next season, currently id go for
Marler
Ellia
Louw
Lewies
Symmons
Chisholm
Clifford
Dombrandt
Smith
Care
Earle
Esterhuizen
Marchant
Ashton
Brown
Although a few things can still change with joiners leavers

Looks like a good side.
My only question marks are Clifford and Earle. I hope both can
come back as the players they were but injuries must have taken
a toll considering they’ve both had more than one serious
injury.
