I like that idea. Let The Cheats play next season in the
Premiership starting on -105 points without all the players they
have loaned out for a season. Then let the loaned players return
to join them the following season in the Championship!

ban or will it still be 10 weeks from last Thursday regardless?

Not at all the ban has to be “ Meanigful” ie when games are
being played as I understand it
