Has Gustard lost the team's respect?

Listen to the first few seconds of Gustard's post Bath
       interview, and he says:
       --- Quote ---
       > Disappointing for us is that we didn't do the things that we
       spoke about at half time.....
       --- End Quote ---
Has he lost the team's respect?

I honestly had Bath as a relegation certainty before the season.
But how wrong. Stuart Hooper has confounded many & has given
Bath a toughness which was lacking. They fight & don’t ever give
up. They’ve won seven to our four. Our injuries have to be
killing us. We should be grateful for Sarries otherwise it would
       look a tad iffy.

I also don't think so. Gussy is a passionate and driven coach
and wants to drive the club to success. I would argue that he is
even more driven than the players (which is not to damn them,
       rather, to praise Gussy).
Maybe they did not do as he asked them to, but that is more than
likely down to Bath not letting them. I also think he places a
lot of trust in his on field captain and vice-captains.
The frustration is building and needs an outlet. There is a
chance in the next 5 league and cup games to take some huge
scalps (Exeter, Briz, Sale-cup, Sale and Sarries). I would love
to see what the boys do this week! Gussy will have a plan, to be
       sure.

I think he’s clueless. We’ll finish in the bottom 1/4 of the
       table which is not acceptable

       Clueless???
Ex Sarries and England coach. Bit harsh....
Has taken over a club on the playing front that needed an
overhaul - JK said the same when he took over from Conor and
this can take a long time!
I think a win in the Cup at Sale and top 6 would be a good
return this season, based upon injuries.

The way it's going on the Prem. I think we'll be lucky to get
top 6. Too many injuries and not enough quality below our top
players IMHO. Same problems it seems that we keep having
       🙄

No. Now lets stop with all this doom and gloom. The issues he
has are blindingly obvious he doesn’t have the luxury of team
selection he is just playing what’s left. This will also have an
       effervescent on the players.

Basically, we are in a situation where it doesn't matter how
some players train or play. They will still be selected.
For instance, Paul Lasike did some good things on Saturday.
But, at the same time he gave away some pointless penalties and
at one point, I had a feeling that he was going to get yellow
       carded due to has tackling.
But, it really doesn't matter. Because Paul Gustard has to pick
him as there really is no-one else.
Also, this doesn't help Lasike to improve. He is not fighting
any other players for his spot. Also, how can he train
effectively as he has no-one to train against.
I think that in reality, at the moment, we are in damage
limitation until we get enough players back so that we can
       actually have proper training, etc.
As a result, I am pleased that we got a losing BP on Saturday.
I am frustrated that we didn't win. I am also frustrated about
some of the pointless penalties - e.g. Smith running around
behind the ruck. I think that Herron's YC was an instinctive
move was just "one of those things".
