Good to see that Gustard is flying out to meet prospective
players, I would think that means more to a prospective player
than working purely through agents alone.

This was the part I liked
"Wilco has already earned 13 caps for South Africa and is
renowned for being a destructive scrummager, highlighted in an
impressive 2018 campaign where he earned a league-leading 36
penalties at the scrum in Super Rugby."
I know people like all action props but for me, the most
important thing is the set piece, its their bread and butter.
Likewise a hooker that can throw. You wont win anything without
a strong set piece

Sounds good, big bit of Saffa beef at tight head 👍
I'm all in favour of that.
Thing is if your scrum is properly dominant then it doesn't
matter how good the oppos ball handling skills are because they
won't have the ball!

Yep, I'd rather have a strong scrummager than someone good in
the loose. Rather have a Marler than a Mako.
I don't know anything about this guy but sounds like the right
sort of signing.

Looks good; seems like a worthy replacement for Sinks.

Looks very good on paper. Let’s see how he is on grass (the
green kind), but have to say this looks like a great signing.

Wow! This has made my day. And, unlike Sinckler, he won't be off
on England day.

Whats the situation re Kolpak/Brexit/Overseas players relating
to this? Lewies, Esterhuizen, Louw, & potentially Du Toit. How
do they/will they qualify?
