       Amazingly, there are lots of rules on the EPCR site about who
       can play, but there is nothing about what happens if you break
       the rules.
       In the premiership, Chiefs fielded 2 players in 2 games -
       "Exeter head coach Rob Baxter revealed the club had been on
       tenterhooks, about the hearing called to investigate the
       fielding of an ineligible player and admitted to ‘‘feeling very
       relieved’’ that an RFU disciplinary panel had decided to only
       deduct two points and levy a fine of £5,000."
       London Welsh fielded 1 player in 10 games:
       "London Welsh given five-point penalty and £15,000 fine for
       fielding an ineligible player
       London Welsh have been hit with a five-point deduction and
       £15,000 fine for fielding an ineligible player in the Aviva
       Premiership this season."
