his return to the Ven Fitness podcast along with his brother
this week!
As always we like to involve the fans in our podcasts, so if
you’ve got any questions you’ve always wanted to ask James,
please let me know below and we’ll do our best to answer them
for you. Rugby related questions are great, but very common for
the guys, so go outside the box if you’d like!

Which Star Wars character are you most like?
Also, the same question about some of the other members of the
team.
For me, Danny Care is an all action R2-D2 and Alex Dombrandt is
a well groomed Chewie.
