Erm - that definitively isn't what he says. Says he's leaving
Quins, leaves the door wide open to play somewhere else next
season...

Yes I must admit I first read it as a retirement announcement
and it's written a lot like that ('hang up my shirt')....but the
fact it's doesn't say retirement and he leaves 'whatever comes
next' open suggests that he is off somewhere else for a final
season or two.
France maybe?

I would guess either France or possibly the USA. Robbo strikes
me as the sort of guy who wouldn't want to play against Quins
for another English side. Japan is a possibility, but with his
wife's singing career to consider as well, I doubt that Japan
would suit them as a couple. France would allow for Camilla to
continue singing in the UK, being only a shot hop away. Likewise
the US (in particular New York) would allow Camilla's career to
flourish while Chris would be a big name in the MLR world as a
former England Captain.

Everyone will be throwing money at a guy who'll be 34 next
season with a recent history of long injuries...

Only my third full season at Quins but Robshaw easily one of the
players I enjoyed watching the most. Easy to tell how popular he
is and for good reason.
Definitely a Quins legend and wish him all the best for the
future.
