I'm not sure that'll be the case, though. EJ has talked about
shaking things up with his selection for the 6N, experimenting
with some new combinations & new players, given that the players
who took part in the RWC have effectively been playing since
August already.

After yesterday's game, I'd say our second and third team would
be a match for many teams! 🙂
On a serious note, I hope it does mean that teams are a little
less pragmatic and play more attacking rugby. We saw yesterday
how entertaining that can be. Teams will still want to play in
Europe next season, but removing the threat of litigation may
let teams open up and play.

Well I also hope the pointlessness of it rams home that we do
not want to end relegation

I think some of them could well miss out, anyone carrying a
niggle or anyone with a particularly heavy workload. I think the
focus of the changes will be the 30+ players. Maybe Kruis,
Lawes, Youngs?

Given how reticent we have been to sign more than we are losing,
and the way we are losing players to other clubs, I'm fairly
confident we are cap compliant

well I'll not hold my breath, if EJ wants to experiment, he
could look at the Dominator after his recent performances, we
may already lose Marler and Sincler and we cant afford to lose
any players to England with our current squad injury problems.
Even if Sarries lose their normal contingent we know they have
the quality behind it to replace and we have nothing left in the
cupboard.

Awful. One set of people not to be blamed is the fans (although
they definitely need to wear some chat for a while!) ,
shockingly sad, they've really been tucked up
