We’ve got to give them some banter on Sunday. I actually have no
sympathy apart from those who may lose their jobs.

Can’t wait for the game next week now. It was going to be feisty
before the announcement today but now... could be a different
level.
Let’s bring the anger and passion to support our team. We need
those points. Let’s give their players and management a huge
raucous, unwelcoming hello. As I’ve mentioned they deserved a
lot more stick than what they have had.
However all I think we need to remember is To have some respect
for their fans as I’m sure they will be hurting and they don’t
deserve the frustration to be taken out on them. They’ve lost a
lot, remember how we felt post bloodgate

Not commented for a couple of years but just signed in to say
this comment is top bantz
A sad day for a lot of Saracens fans and English rugby generally
to be honest. We’ve all been through something similar with
bloodgate. Some sympathy for Exeter fans particularly.
Somewhat less for any players who’ve knowingly benefited from
questionable arrangements.

Big question now is which players stay and who leaves and where
do they go?English clubs or elsewhere?How far will they follow
the money?
If you play in Championship can’t see you will be selected for
England as there are plenty of others pushing for your place.

My comment was meant to be in response to this. Years away have

We all suspected that Saracens have been cheating on for years.
The squad they have assembled has been incredible. Literally
unbelievable. They got greedy. I remember Mark Cueto being
interviewed in a national paper probably 8 years ago asking how
can it be that Saracens can put together a squad with so much
quality and still be inside the rules. But Premiership Rugby
could not pin them down. The club have told us for years what a
wonderful club they are, built on values of integrity etc, all
the while they were cheating. I think Nigel Wray believed his
own hype. Only a couple of weeks ago their website was
proclaiming they were neither over the salary cap or going to
have to ship out players. Finally, it has all caught up with
them and justice has been done. For that we have to thank the
Daily Mail (not something I say very often). They knew there was
a story and they have been proved right.
It is good that justice has been done but the actions of Wray
and his finance/coaching team will now sadly bring upset and
uncertainty into the lives of many innocent people associated
with the club

Feel sorry for the decent fans that support them and those club
staff and players not involved in the wrongdoing. No sympathy
for those involved in it. Relegation is the only fair outcome
really. Makes a mockery of all that humility, honesty stuff
displayed all over their stadium.
