Never thought we'd read such a headline:
Saracens' squad will be broken up after their relegation from
the Premiership at the end of the season was confirmed, says
director of rugby Mark McCall.

Ok so who would you take. Assuming we can find a little space
I'd have George in an instance, probably isikwe, kopoku,
Lozowski, Sagen and lamasotile. The big names will be too
expensive and have too much baggage.

I am not I convinced the big names will continue to be
expensive. They are tainted with this scandal.

The youngsters should all take a pay cut and stay at Saracens
our players did and so did Saints.

Is it true that to enter the Premiership (from the Championship)
that you need to demonstrate that you've acted within
Premiership salary cap rules for two years? Even though there's
no cap in the Championship - I believe this is to stop someone
pumping loads of cash into a championship club and pushing them
up - i.e. meaning that Saracens must complete two years in the
Championship as they are starting a fresh in terms of evidence,
given that they are obviously currently not within the cap?

This is the relevant section regarding Promoted Clubs in this
seasons Salary Cap rules. That said, there's nothing to stop
them from altering the clauses next season so that Saracens come
back up after one year...

I have also read about the salary cap rule - but, I can't find
any evidence. I downloaded the tournament rules from the RFU
website - but couldn't see anything.
Does anyone actually know the situation for how many seasons
Sarries will have to play in the Championship?
