In terms of what happens to England, only hooker and second row
are issues. Marler and Genge for mako, several options including
dombrandt for Billy. Ford, smith and others for Farrell. Any
       actual fullback for Daly.

According to a few Saracens fans on social media Quins need
investigating as they bought all their players houses, they
       really are a delusional bunch.

I wonder if it would make sense for CVC to take over the
function of running the salary cap? After all they don't want
the situation where one team wins every year and there's little
competition. They want it to be a real dog fight throughout the
season with little decided until the end of the season! They're
independent of PRL and all their politics, it strikes me as
quite an elegant solution - the people most interested in a real
level playing field responsible for checking it is so.

Perhaps we need the Daily Mail to monitor the cap..?

The Saracens fans are going to be bitter and defensive. We’d be
       the same right now
I also wonder who else broke the cap as I think in the past some
of the others look like they might have done. Why did most of
Wasps better players leave over the last 2 seasons? How can
Bristol afford all these superstars? Bruce Craig ??

Stephen Jones in Times more nauseating than ever saying ‘ I
will go to my grave believing that no payment to a single
Saracens player made a blind bit of difference to any match at
any time and that frankly Saracens have just been too good’.
That is the whole point which he seems to miss that there are
too many top class players playing there including those stolen
from other clubs. I don’t really know why I read it as I knew
what he was going to say!

relegation. As one club insider said on Friday night: “How much

If Sarries refused to allow a full investigation what are they
hiding? Possibly tax evasion that could lead to criminal
prosecution? Intersting times with so many red flags.

Saracens failing to open their books does not look like the act
       of an innocent club
