Article now on bbc news pages, it looks like they will get their
just deserts. The article implies that they can't get under the
budget this year as they are already committed to more than £7m
even if they can offload some players.

If they are relegated, for the first time ever I can see a good
case for ring fencing the premiership. Then they could just
cheat and win the Championship every year, and three years later
be relegated further.

Is this a reason/excuse for Wray to be able to keep paying
players directly as he will say he has nothing to do with the
club? We need the Daily Mail to keep a very close eye on what
Wray is up to and try and make sure Wray is not paying players
off book.

Apparently if they let players go to get under cap then
severance pay will take them back over the cap.
